Kuala Lumpur World Marching Band Competition 2009

The Kuala Lumpur World Marching Band Competition 2009 will be held from 12th to 20th December 2009. More than 20 bands from all over the world, including Malaysia, will be vying for the various honors this year.

To kick-start, we are currently looking for enthusiastic individual who can help us on making the event better than ever by taking part in our volunteers program. There will be a training session for volunteers and newcomers. Best of all, during the event all the meals, accommodation and allowances will be provided by the organizer.

The training session details are as followed:

Date: Throughout the November 2009 (Every Saturday)
Time: 9am-2pm
Venue: Victoria Institution, Kuala Lumpur

The volunteers are needed in these following areas:

a) Secretariat
b) Liaison Officer
c) Usher
d) Field Marshal
e) Logistic

**Take note that KLWMBC 2009 is a World Association Marching Show Band (WAMSB) sanctioned qualifying round for the 2010 World Marching Show Band Championshion in Postdam, Germany.
